Cancellation Policy

Drea Chanel Beauty Spa ONLY accepts Credit or Debit as a form of payment. (Cash is not accepted) Deposits will be 50% of each service booked and NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment before our 24-hour cancellation window. In the event you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, your Cancellation Fee will be the Deposit Amount. Deposits are Due 48 hours before your service date • (If not Paid in Advance 48 hours before your scheduled appointment your appointment will be cancelled) We respectfully request at least 24-hour's notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments, please call or message us. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. You will receive an Email reminder 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please respond to the Email to confirm your appointment. Be assured that our priority is the safety of both our guests and our team. If you are sick or have been exposed to COVID in the last 5 days, please contact the Spa so we can reschedule your appointment.
