No, we DO NOT accept cash as a form of payment please have a Credit or Debit card ready for any payment issued to Drea Chanel Beauty Spa.

Do you work over other stylists work from another lash place?

Yes, only if they are true Lash Extensions the foreign fee is $50
We DO NOT work over lashes done at Nail Salon’s
Most times it’s cheaper to Pay for a Removal then get a New Lash Set

Clients who have questions about our Refill Return WEEKS?

We only extend 1 day grace
1 week is considered 1-7 days
2 weeks is considered 8-14 days
3 weeks is considered 15-21 days
4 weeks is considered 22-28 days
When you go over 7 days you are entering the next week Here is an example: 8 days you are entering into your second week but (we allow 1 day grace) 9 days or more will automatically be (No grace at this point you’re fully in the second week)
Make it simple by counting the days from the last completed appointment
No grace if clients are 2 days past the weekly threshold
Example: 1 week = 7 days

How much is a Touch Up for Lashes?

Lash Touch Ups are $40 with a time slot of 45 minutes you can only book this service if you are 0-4 days from you initial Lash Application (You can only receive a Lash Touch up of your original style and lash type.)

Can a 4 week Refill Book a Facial with Lash COMBO?

NO! Combos are ONLY for 1-3 week Refill returning clients (if client wants a facial with a 4 week Refill or Fullset they will pay for EACH service individually at Full Price)

Can I book Micro-current Skin Tightening, LED Light Therapy, Microneedling or Dermaplaning by itself?

NO! You will have to book either a Refresh or European Facial then ADD Micro-current Skin Tightening, LED Light Therapy, Microneedling or Dermaplaning to your Facial treatment

REDO of Service

If a client is dissatisfied with their service, they should be scheduled for a redo appointment with the same stylist who originally provided the service. This approach allows the stylist an opportunity to improve and better meet the client's expectations. However, if the client specifically requests not to be serviced by that stylist again, the redo appointment should be booked with a different stylist.

DO YOU CARRY SENSITIVE ADHESIVES?

Please note: Sensitive adhesive provides a weaker hold, so clients may need to schedule Fullset appointments more often if lashes don't last. This is the main drawback of using a weaker adhesive.

Do you offer refunds?

NO, we DO NOT offer refunds. If clients’ deposits are not in the forfeit time frame you can transfer deposit to another day and time.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

If you have a lash application allergic reaction: Mild reactions take Benadryl oral and topical. If reaction is severe schedule a lash removal. If you are experiencing any allergic reactions on your skin use cold compress to easy irritation if problems persist, please see a medical professional.

At this moment we only have 1 location

Do you offer membership programs?

We are not a membership-based Spa. We created our services to be affordable and reachable to all.

Do you offer gift cards for purchase?

We do not offer gift cards at this time, but clients can book and fully pay for any future appointments for anyone.

How many appointments can I book in advance?

Clients can book as many future appointments as they want, each appointment will require a deposit. Please keep in mind we do not issue refunds.

Do I have to pay a deposit for every appointment I book in advance?

Yes, deposits are mandatory (No deposit no appointment)

How often should I get a facial?

Every 2 to 3 weeks

How long do the lash extensions last?

Lash Applications can last for 2-3 weeks depending on good client aftercare
Refills are highly recommended every 2 weeks
If client decides to wait 4 weeks before getting a refill it is a high chance the client will need a Fullset

How long does the tinting last?

2-4 Weeks depending on client aftercare (Clients can schedule for tinting every 2 weeks)

How long is the service?

Service durations last from 30 mins up to 2.5 hours depending on the service.
