Cancellation Policy   ​

• Deposits are 50% of the service which is NON-REFUNDABLE

• Cancellation Fee is Deposit Amount

​​

• Cancel Before 24 hours before Service date/time to Waive Fee forfeiture and to transfer deposit to another day and time

​

• If you Pay in Full and cancel your scheduled appointment NO REFUNDS (Balance will be applied to your rescheduled appointment)

​

• Deposit Due 24 hours before service date/Time (Pay Link Payments Only: If not Paid in Advance notification that appointment may be canceled will be sent via Email and text.)

• If service is cancelled by Drea Chanel Beauty Spa (You will receive 15% off your rescheduled appointment.)

Late Policy

• 10 minute Late Policy.

• Anything after (15 Minute's) must be rescheduled depending on stylists input on timing constraints.

• You will only get serviced for the time that remains in your time slot Stylists are not required to spend additional time on services that are interrupted.

Lashes Policy

• If lashes are worked on by another Stylist outside of Drea Chanel Beauty Spa there will be a $50 fee to work over (ANY) other Stylist's work. Booking services are notated every appointment.

• If you don't have the approximate percentage per week then you will have to level up your refill service week 

• You MUST have 75% of your lashes to receive a 1-week Refill.

• You MUST have 50% of your lashes to receive a 2 - 3-week Refill.

• You MUST have 25% of your lashes to receive a 4-week Refill.

• Extra Lashes for Lash & Facial combos only $15 for 30 extra minutes and $30 for 45 extra minutes

• Lash applications: 2-5 natural lashes shed a day. 

• 4 weeks and a day (29 days) you will need to book for a Fullset.

Pre-Booking

• Pre-book your next Appointment(s) at the end of each appointment before you leave the Spa and receive 5 Loyalty points per Appointment(s). (IF appointment is Rescheduled or Cancelled by Client the Pre-Booking credit will be forfeited.)

Loyalty Points

• Clients earn 5 Points per Pre-booking

• Every 25 Points you will get $35 off

• Clients can only use 25 points per visit.

• Clients receive 50 Reward points for Birthdays

• Spin the Wheel for Free Prizes UPON arrival or departure of your Appointment

• Client Visit Milestones - Sign up and Become a Site Member and Earn 25 Loyalty Points

Referral Programs

• Clients who Refer 3 future clients that BookS and CompleteS a European Facial Treatment or Lash Fullset within a 30-day period will receive $75 Visa gift card and a Free Refill or Refresh Facial (must use the Free service within 2 weeks)

OR

• Clients who Refer 1 future client that BookS and CompleteS a European Facial Treatment or Lash Fullset will get $20 off your next scheduled appointment (must use within 30 days)
