Certain Beauty Treatments or enhancements are not recommended during pregnancy or for customers with some medical conditions. A doctors note may be required. Our Back Facials are not recommended before 6 weeks post partum. The Spa will attempt to reschedule your service until then. In the absence of a state law holding otherwise, you must be over the age of 14 to receive a Back Facial with Massage and over the age of 13 to receive a Facial. If under the age of 18 we do ask for a Parent/Guardian signature allowing minor to receive our services. Any minor between the ages of 14, 15 requires that the parent remain in the Treatment Room while services are being performed. Any minor between the ages of 16, 17 requires that the Parent/Guardian remain on the premises while services are being performed. All minor services require a Parent/Guardian to sign a Minor Consent and Waiver form.
